About the event
The Just F*cking Do It Puppet Slam is back for another exciting night with local puppeteers! Get ready for a show of wacky, moving, surprising, puppet-filled, short-form puppet theater for adults. Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7 pm.
What is a puppet slam? Picture a poetry slam, but swap out the verses for some weird and wild puppets! What kind of puppets? All kinds! You never know what you'll see at a slam. Pieces can be funny, sad, irreverent, bizarre and you name it. What you can count on are creative, original pieces by local artists.
Open Mic - Do you have a short puppet piece that you've been working on and would like to perform? The second half of the slam will be a puppet open mic! Come early to sign up for a 5 minute slot.
